The story begins with The Khatau Group — one of India’s oldest business houses. In 1957, they launched Cable Corporation of India (CCI) with Siemens, powering the nation’s infrastructure. This legacy of progress lives on through CCI Projects, their real estate arm, crafting future-ready homes with trust and thoughtful design.

Cable Corporation of India (CCI), a cornerstone of India’s industrial sector, is established at Borivali East, Mumbai.
2001
Formation of CCI Projects.
2001 - 2010
Factory operations moved from Borivali to Nashik. Master planning of Rivali Park begins.

Launch of Whitespring (Phase 1).
2012
Launch of Wintergreen (Phase 2).
2016
Completion of Whitespring.
