2025 has been a transformative year at Rivali Park 2; we truly soared.
We unveiled a new branding identity that captures our vision, smashed key construction milestones ahead of schedule, and deepened our engagement with the community we serve.
Carrying this momentum forward, we step into 2026 with gratitude and excitement for the future we are building together.
Here are our most memorable moments in 2025:
The spectacular launch of Skyleap and The Skyclub
In November, we raised the bar for luxury 2 & 3 BHKs in Borivali East with the debut of our most premium tower yet, Skyleap, and its crown jewel: the exclusive, residents-only Skyclub.
Perched on the 54th floor, high above the skyline, The Skyclub is a sanctuary exclusively for residents of Skyleap and Tower 5. Spanning approximately 15,000 sq.ft., The Skyclub brings together curated amenities and awe-inspiring views; it is where leisure and luxury converge. Whether you are unwinding in the spa, hitting the high-altitude gym, or hosting in the grand banquet hall, life looks entirely different from up here.

Brand new Customer Experience Centre
The launch of Skyleap demanded a worthy stage; thus, we revealed our all-new Customer Experience Centre. This is a thoughtfully curated space that immerses visitors into the future of Rivali Park 2. With interactive zones, a detailed scale model, and exquisitely crafted show apartments that translate our vision to life, the CEC is infinitely more than a sales office. We were honoured to have Rivali Park 2’s master designer Architect Hafeez Contractor at the opening of our CEC and share his valuable insights and knowledge.

In October, we unveiled our masterfully designed 2 and 3 bed show apartments, offering a sensory preview of future homes. These spaces were created to give visitors the opportunity to soak in the premium finishes, explore the intelligent layouts and experience the warmth of home. Every corner was designed to give visitors a feel of the unparalleled lifestyle that awaits them - from savouring morning coffee peacefully to entertaining in the spacious living area and, finally, unwinding in the serene bedrooms.

2025 was defined by accelerated progress on site; we outpaced our construction schedules. While work has officially commenced on Skyleap, towers Sunburst, Stargaze, and Moonrise are racing toward the finish line.

Safety First: Surpassed 5 million safe working hours on site.
Speed & Precision: Achieved a lightning-fast 6-day slab cycle for Stargaze.
Massive Scale: Successfully cast 750 m³ of concrete in a single day.
Consistency: Maintained a steady pace of 4 slabs every month across towers.
Nurturing and celebrating our people
Our outstanding workforce is the true foundation of our work. In 2025, we focused on nurturing a vibrant community, fostering strong bonds and a positive atmosphere. We fostered team spirit with high-energy cricket and carrom tournaments that brought together over 350 team members. Our quarterly Reward & Recognition programs shone a spotlight on exceptional talent and unwavering dedication to safety. To show our gratitude, all workers who completed 3 months received practical household necessities as gifts.
