If a better future requires compromising the present, is it still a good idea?
As responsible developers and residents of Mumbai, we take our role as future builders with sensitivity and immense gravity. We’ve thought deeply about this question, and our answer is a clear, steadfast NO.
Sustainability isn’t a marketing checklist or a fad to impress customers. It's non-negotiable; because the stakes are too real: rising temperatures, compromised air quality, and health crises we can no longer ignore.
That’s why at Rivali Park 2, we asked ourselves the hard question - How do we build exceptional homes without compromising the world we live in?
The answer was to commit to action. We’ve built our vision on the principle of thoughtful progress. Our commitment to the environment is woven into every decision, from construction practices to resource management, from the ground up.
This is our plan of action:
Work is in full throttle across three towers: Stargaze, Sunburst, and Moonrise, while construction for Skyleap began in December 2025.
Our thoughtful resource management practices include utilising green construction materials such as eco-friendly rebar and cement. Instead of water‑intensive curing, we use curing compounds that save lakhs of litres of water without compromising on structural quality. All materials, when not in use, are either kept away safely or covered under a green net to prevent pollution and wastage.
Our site’s green building practices include the installation of a sensor-based AQM (Air Quality Monitor) that tracks PM 2.5 and 10 levels as well as humidity and temperature. These results are transmitted to the BMC Command and Control Center in real time. Monitoring the site also helps in long term benchmarking, allowing us to identify, manage and correct pollution sources.

Air Quality Monitoring
To protect our neighbors and residents in adjacent areas, we endeavour to limit dust and air pollution to working areas by covering the building site in green nets. Additionally, we contain our work area with a curtain barricade encircling the perimeter.

Dust & Air Pollution Management
For on-site dust suppression, anti-smog guns and water sprinklers are deployed at regular intervals throughout the day. This is especially useful when loading and unloading material, which creates more dust than usual.

Dust & Air Pollution Management
One of the methods we’ve incorporated to control dust, debris and rubble from being carried out of the site is wheel washing. All lorries, trucks and goods vehicles leaving the site undergo thorough wheel washing to avoid polluting roads and neighborhoods in our vicinity.
Automatic sprinklers have also been installed in debris chutes across the site to mitigate pollution.

Wheel washing for trucks on-site
We don't use conventional diesel-powered equipment. All machines are 100% electrically powered for cleaner, quieter, emission-free construction.
All on-site waste is segregated in designated areas and disposed of by suitable, government mandated channels. A separate area has been allocated to collect scrap metal and reusable materials, which are then routed for appropriate reuse or disposal.

On-site Waste Management
We’ve installed underground water tanks that can hold 4.5 lakh litres of rainwater collected from terraces and podiums. This recycled water will be used to maintain our green spaces, lawns, and trees, making them self-sustaining in the long run.
Lighting in all common areas and significant portions of the construction site is powered by solar energy to lower operational energy use and cut carbon emissions.
Just as we are committed to nurturing the environment, we place immense importance on maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our team. We organise regular health check-ups and blood tests to ensure their wellbeing, schedule pest control on the site as well as the workers’ living quarters, and conduct regular maintenance and equipment inspections by certified professionals.
Rivali Park 2 has received pre-IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) certification from India’s leading sustainable construction authority, signifying our commitment to environmentally conscious development. We have also received EDGE Green Building Certification for our measurable gains in energy, water and embodied carbon reduction. These credentials reflect our intent and the concrete steps we are already taking on site.
At Rivali Park 2, our approach towards eco-friendly construction practices is systematic and consistent. We love the city we call home, Mumbai, and our aim is to offer a lifestyle that blends urban luxury and conveniences with the serenity of nature. Therefore, every tiny step we take to achieve this, we keep the generations that are yet to come in mind.
