Padma Bhushan awardee Hafeez Contractor leads South Asia’s largest architecture firm, with 750+ designers and over a billion sq. ft. of work across 100+ cities in 7 countries. Known for icons like 23 Marina and DLF Cyber City, he’s won 150+ global awards and was profiled by The New York Times.
At the heart of Rivali Park 2 is the stepped podium —it’s the spine of the community. Inspired by natural landforms, it brings a sense of flow, creating a vibrant, multi-level landscape where everyday moments turn into shared experiences.

Design approach
For Rivali Park 2, Hafeez Contractor and his team envisioned a refined vertical community—one where architectural intent meets everyday ease. With premium residences oriented for uninterrupted views, every element is shaped by thoughtful detailing and spatial precision.
The multi-level podiums house 3,000 parking spots with designated EV charging facilities. Above them, a landscaped podium top features a pool, gardens, play zones, and seating—linked by meandering pathways. A key highlight is the stepped clubhouse in Towers 5 and 6, built on stilts with tiered wellness, leisure, and work zones. Its shaded base forms a naturally ventilated social hub, redefining high-rise amenity design.
Thoughtful ceiling heights, skyline-framing façades, well-designed kitchens, and premium finishes bring a sense of volume and luxury to every home. Cross-ventilated lobbies, efficient circulation, and ample storage enhance comfort—while barrier-free access, ramps, and wide elevators ensure inclusivity across the board.
